Helios III Acne & Pigment Laser

A non-ablative laser, Helios III is very effective for skin rejuvenation, lightening superficial and deep pigmentation. Pigment problems caused by acne, excessive sun exposure, age spot or birthmarks can all be effectively lightened or removed with minimal fuss.

What is Helios III?

Helios III is a “Fractional” Q-switched Nd: YAG laser from Korea. A non-ablative laser, Helios III is very effective for skin rejuvenation, lightening superficial and deep pigmentation. The color sensitive laser beam targets only the pigmented lesion in the skin, sparing the normal surrounding tissue. Pigment problems caused by acne, excessive sun exposure, age spot or birthmarks can all be effectively lightened or removed with minimal fuss.

What are the advantages of Helios III?

In its 4G laser-toning mode, Helios III laser has the added benefit of stimulating collagen remodeling to bring about skin radiance and reducing skin vascularity. It is capable of reducing acne inflammation and redness, exfoliating clogged pores and reducing pore size. Many patients with acne and rosacea love the results of regular Helios III laser treatment.

Helios III laser toning has minimal downtime and the patient can have the procedure and return to whatever they are doing after the treatment. It can be used as a “laser-facial” on a regular basis for the maintenance of skin health and beauty.
